Weight after Workour: 64.82kg (0.2kg loss)

Diet:
Meal 1: Coffee, slice of chicken breast
Meal 2: Chicken Breast Sandwich, Large Skinny Latte
PWO, Carb up:
Baked potatos, beef, chicken, pasta and garlic bread
Supper: EasyMac and English Muffin
Total Carbs consumed: roughly 250g, so 550g or less left.
